To include spatial, politicoeconomic, psychosocial and cultural design – and – demographic solution – providing analyses of Capital City / ies internationally, including crucial innercity regeneration issues taking the current and recent academic plans of Kennedy School of Governance, Loughborough University, The European Union, World Cities Study Group, NYU Harvard – MIT Centre, UNCHS, India ’s IHSP and India’s Institute for Urban Studies etc several significant academic steps forward

To be funded by The Government of NCT of Delhi to mark Delhi 100 and to landmark DU 90 as The CapitalCity ’s first and pioneering University, still moving magnificently forward.
